I?ve never felt compelled to review a papa John?s before now. I have never seen a pizza this bad from Papa John?s. The ?hand... tossed? pizza came out as a thin crust pizza. Does PJs even offer thin crust? The pizza was flat. I ordered extra dipping sauceswhich were not included. The only redeemable part of my order was the breadsticks, but without the dipping sauces they werestill sub par. I will not return to this location. I am hoping another location will be better. I almost forgot the toppingissue. I ordered double bacon. What I received was not even (1) bacon. (1/2) bacon is what I received. Read more

They were struggling to get orders right. The ice machine was broken in the lobby, but the worst of all was that they were out... of ketchup! How can you eat McDonald's french fries without ketchup? Read more
The pizzas are alright (tried only vegetarian options - they only have two) but service needs improvement. Perhaps short of... staff and proper management, they often misplace orders. Likely that your pizza won?t reach you in time. Read more

Worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from. Spent 3 hours to deliever to my house. the manager told my order disappered from his... scree so he decided to ignore it. No phone call, no text, just ignore my order, while after a hour and a half it showed"delievered" on my track page. It still took 1 hour after I called the restaurant. Read more
I?m not one to normally write reviews but this experience has compelled me to warn others. I placed an order on Valentine?s day... for a simple pizza order and brownie. The gentleman that took my order didn?t seem like he was in the best mood, but Iunderstood with it being a festive day and the workers were probably stressed from all the activity of the day. With that inmind I wanted to be as patient and polite as possible despite the efforts to run me away by saying my order wouldn?t be arrivinguntil four hours after me placing it. The order came slightly over an hour after the call which I was pleased about and thedelivery guy seemed nice also which was a plus. I tipped the driver but once I saw the order, I realized I received a plaincheese pizza and not pepperoni. Not a huge issue, mistakes happen, and they were seemingly busy all day, so I simply triedcalling back and that was when the experience truly took a turn. I was put on hold various times with the same few employeesasking me the same two questions for roughly 30 minutes just to put me back on hold and ultimately hanging up on me. I calledseveral more times only to be greeted by the same response. Being patient still, I finally got through to someone who said Icould be credited for another pizza the next time I order again but the sheer lack of respect from the other employees wholiterally huge up when I merely wanted to state an error with my order has deterred me from wanting any interaction with thePapa Johns on green street again. I was really hungry and this Papa John's spot was the closest food place for me. Decided to give it a try. Ordered thin crust... Super Hawaiian pizza for $23. It was really thin (3mm) with satisfying amount of ingredients on it. The only one thing is itwas slightly dry and I don't remember having tomato sauce on Hawaiian pizzas before.
