My first time eating there. I had to wait a little longer than I expected to get my food. On the upside the workers were all... very nice and helpful. Excellent sub. Prices weren't listed on their menu nor on screen as you ordered. I didn't like having to ask the cashier twice... what my total was before swiping. A bit pricy @ ~$14 for a footlong sub, but was quality and tasted great. Minus a star forprice transparency. Read more

Pretty darn good subs. I like the meat, cheese, and veggies, but most of the sauces seem overpowering so I usually get the subs... without sauce so I can enjoy the other stuff. Fresh cut fries are always awesome. Don't get the barely cooked chocolate chipcookie unless you want to get it every time you go. Once you try it, you won't be able to resist. Read more

It's definitely not stuff we don't have, but it was still pretty good, fast, easy, and the workers are very nice. Went in one... time when I didn't realize they were closed already but they were very nice about it and even though it doesn't really work withmy work schedule, they did suggest other days and times to come in. This place definitely has its issues I understand it?s difficult finding quality employees that gives a d*mn about the service... they?re providing to their customers but the girl with the brace on her leg (i assume she?s a manager) is a sweet girl and doesa really good job. It?s evident she definitely picks up the slack of the others which probably won?t last along until she getsburnt out and finds a better place to work with better employees and a better atmosphere. But if you deal with her it?sdefinitely a good customer experience hopefully they can keep her around and find others like her to duplicate and increase theoverall quality. Read more

This is the first time I was disappointed in Penn Station. Today we were the 1st customers through the door. To start we... ordered and I went to the bathroom, wasn't clean, paper towels and toilet paper on the floor, no paper towels to dry yourhands. My daughter's sandwich wasn't made correctly, which they rectified. Then as we sit down to eat and looked aroundapparently nothing else was cleaned either, crumbs on the floor along with other trash. Honestly, wish I could give less than a star. And this is tough to say because I have gone to this location before and been... extremely pleased with the staff and the quality of food. Tonight, my family and I ordered 2 sandwiches, a wrap, and a salad. Imade sure to set the pick up with about 30 minutes after ordering (thinking this would be enough) and had walked in to staffthat barely remember making my order (let alone hardly wanted to pay attention). I sat and waited 20 minutes for my food and bythe time I had gotten to my car I realized they forgot a sandwich. I watched as a man and woman tried to order food and theperson working the register could not figure it out, but no manager was to be found to help out. Orders were piling up and therewas a lack of care to complete them. By this time I am over being in the building any longer. The good news: they made themissing sandwich. But, upon returning home it was almost comical to see the food that was presented to us. The salad? You mightas well weigh 60 pounds because thats all it would feed, barely filled the bowl and definitely did not have extra meat.
