I got the Roast beef and cheddar on a croissant. Good textures; tender meat, flaky croissant, gooey cheddar. Just wish there was... more flavour. Needed salt. Fresh fries were salted perfectly. (If you've ever had badly salted fries you understand theimportance.) Went through drive thru and felt rushed by the attendant to make a choice without getting to inspect the menu. Read more

Portillo's is amazing, flat out fantastic. Always good food and service. The big beef with sweet or spicy peppers is my happy... place, dunked wet and held underwater like it owes you fifty bucks. The wetter the better! Read more
Love the food. But did not enjoy the customer service I received that day. I had an order for pick up and I came in 5 mins after... pick up time. I always stop when I leave from seeing my family back in Illinois before I go back to Georgia. And I stop twice ayear at a minimum. When I went to ask for my order the person who was working there had an attitude when I asked for my food.Then I had to wait an additional 20 mins after so in total I had to wait an additional 25 minutes after scheduled pick up when Iplaced order an hour ahead. I have 4 young children so I choose to schedule to pick up my order because it makes it so mucheasier. And don't even bother complaining on the survey no one has yet to reach out to me regarding the bad survey score I gave.I will update score when problem is resolved. Read more
Excellent service this evening dining in at Portillo?s! The Champaign location is my favorite location of all and continues to... never fail me! The guy who took our order was extremely friendly, however he misunderstood our order. This was not an issue asthe cooks were able to give us a slice of tomato that was missed with a smile! These people work hard and seem to be with it?they definitely deserve a celebration because this is the customer service all companies should strive for!! ?????? Read more
The food was delicious as always! This was my first time dining in and it was wonderful. An employee named Tim brought my food... to me (as well as other tables) and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience and theatmosphere was fun too!
