It's a fast food place in Champaign the service in most are very bad. edit came back on 10/26 at 10:37 Justice is always in a... bad mood. Sonic tea is my weakness. My S.O. always grabs me a tea when they're trying to butter me up. The staff is nice and helpful. ... Plus they serve hamburgers at 6 am, which makes me immensely happy some days. Read more
I've ordered a couple of times, and haven't had any issues. I order through the app, get there around the time the app says to... be there to get my food, and wait a couple of minutes to get it. The only problem I've had is sometimes the location getsremoved from the mobile app, but I'd rather have it tell me ahead of time instead of the problems I've had with the McDonaldsapp where I order, go there, wait 15 minutes, then get told I can't use the mobile app. Sonic at least has the courtesy to tellyou upfront "If you want Sonic, you'll have to order it when you get there." Prices were reasonable, food was good and customer service was very friendly and attentive. They also brought my dog out a pup... cup, which if I remember correctly was a cup filled with whipped cream! Read more
I love Sonic but this was the worst. I stayed at a stall instead of going through drive thru. The young man who helped me was... wonderful. Antonio I believe is his name. My sandwich, the chicken slinger, was overcooked, tough as if it has been cooked toolong or older. But one of the employees came out and was smoking weed right next to my car. It just didn’t taste right. Also, I preordered and when I checked in on the app it said there was a payment problem, which I... knew was wrong because I saw the transaction go through on my card. So I re-entered the app and it mysteriously let me check inand the order screen at my stall said that my food was being prepared. After a long time I looked in the app and it said Iwasn’t even checked in. So I rechecked in and finally my stuff came out immediately... The location across town is better. Read more
