We came to this store at 7:20 and the store says it closes at 8pm. However, all the lights are closed and the people said that... they are closed as soon as we tried to enter. They didn't seem to want to take orders because it seemed like they had alreadystarted cleaning. It's quite unfortunate that the staff won't let people order even though it's more than 30 mins until thestore is supposed to close. They left the order open, but for some reason all the lights were closed and they didn't take purorder. The two people I saw in the store seemed to be just standing at the cash register. Maybe they had some reason to closeearly, but it would have been nice if they said so somewhere. Read more
Worst subway ever!!! We was the only ones in line and the lady stood at the cash register counting changes at the register while... we waited never have I been to a subway and have to wait 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted then tell us they was out ofbowls thanks for a waste of time!!! I got the chicken and bacon sandwich and it was nasty meat tasted fake lettuce looked old I will not be going back to this... subway. Smfh and I love Subway. Read more

It's a SUBWAY, needless to mention conveniently located in the Illinois Terminal. For travelers, it's a great place to get a... sandwich before or after your trip. As far as it goes for locals, I've had ups and downs with the place. It depends on the time,the staff, and your patience. It's a SUBWAY, so it's exactly as you expect of other chains of the brand. Hey if you don't like your job you shouldn't be working here.. I walked in tonight to get a sandwich and they told me on the... coupon if I buy a sandwich to get a free cookie and they refuse to give you my free cookie.. so I had to buy one it's not reallythe money it's the principle behind it. And they had a really bad attitude and it seemed like they didn't even care and theyseem like they didn't want to be there. Quit if you hate your customers so much . I'm so sick and tired of going to restaurantsor drive-thrus if they seem like they don't care.. not all places are like this but some and I'm sick and tired of employeeshaving this bad attitude about they have to give you great service and they don't want to....
