good and fast customer service, all the one star reviews must think that its a five star hotel and not a subway.
Went in with my boyfriend. The guy asked my bf what he wanted while his coworker worked on online orders. Asked me if i was... getting anything (as i had a bag of chips in my hands, so obv i did). i said yes & he said something about how i should havesaid something sooner. kept going on ab that so i just walked out. my bf paid for his stuff & the guy walked away to work onmobile orders & left my bf standing there waiting for his sandwich that was behind the counter for several minutes. then heacted like my bf was dumb for not reaching across their counter, behind their sneeze guard for his sandwich & receipt? such badcustomer service. won?t be going back. Decided to try this location since the other locations was closed. Big mistake I ordered a steak and cheese sub along with a... cold cut combo. The worker proceeds to put one scoop of steak on a footlong and says he's always done it this way. The ownertried putting more meat on the sandwich while the employee kept trying to explain that he was putting the correct amount on. Iended up paying close to $10.00 for a sandwich with barely any meat on it . I will never return to this location again!! Read more

I have gone there 3 times, and twice the same employee was incredibly rude. The first time I went there, after she had... difficulty hearing me through the glass and my mask, she muttered ?Jesus!? as I was leaving. She also glared at me while I wastrying to make up my mind. The most recent time I went in, she was taking the bread out of the oven. I attempted to orderimmediately to avoid irritating her, but she held up her oven mitts and said, ?do you see these??
