LITERALLY ANY OTHER SUBWAY IN CHAMPAIGN, URBANA, SAVOY IS BETTER DONT GO HERE! I came to the store and ordered 2 subs using buy... one get one footlong subs coupon was turned away at the register when they simply refused that one coupon from the newspaper andthen asked if I had one that required me to pay 5 dollars more with no sign or indication that is was previously not allowed touse the buy one get one free. They also have a limited selection for subs with is listed just the first subway I've ever been towhere they deny coupons from the most common coupon page they have. Please post a sign and stop scamming customers by waitingtill after they have completed there order to simply refuse without warning. I have always gone to this subway and don't alwaysuse coupons and have always tipped but I think I'll stay away from this one all the other ones treat you right. Read more
Slow service. Wife almost left after waiting at counter for several minutes. Toasted completed sub with lettuce, onions and... mayo. Supposed to get free cookie with double meat. Nope, not here. Wife asked for meat only portion of turkey. Was charged$5.49 ( price of complete sandwich) for 4 slices of turkey. Very unfriendly, almost surly, man working there. She orderedchicken protein bowl. Very little lettuce and spinach, tasted old. I?d stay away. Lots of other choices and Subway locationsto go to besides this one. Read more

Terrible. Guy toasts your sub without even asking and then if you have a coupon he wont honor it. Had a coupon that said buy any... sub and a drink and get a free sub, he insisted that it was get the drink free without even looking at the coupon once. Conartist Read more
I would give them lower if I could due to a system error on there end my card was declined and I didn?t have enough cash to pay... for it the man behind the counter got nasty with me and I ended up having to call the police to get my cash back Read more
The guy here puts his gloves all over his face and hair and I just can't see myself ever eating here again.
