Went there to get take out on wings but service was poor with no napkin/utensils, etc. given with meal even after I asked the... person at counter if they could confirm it is in bag. The wings were okay but kinda chewy plus weren't even warm for placingorder just 25 minutes ago and showing up on time to get them and eat. I believe the overall service needs some improvement. Ordered delivery and was delivered hot. The wings were fine, not too crunchy but a bit chewy. The flavor I had (lemon pepper and... garlic parmesan) was good though. For the side, I had fries with fry seasoning, which seemed like salt and sugar. The friesTasted good at first but a bit too salty and sweet near the end. Read more

Not very happy with this honestly. I got my food delivered only to have cold food and a missing drink. The driver stated that... Wingstop did not give them the drink and said I didn?t order one despite it being on my receipt. I called multiple times with noresponse with the exception of one time where I was then hung up on. I had no choice but to drive up to the restaurant. I toldthem I did not get my drink and that my food was cold and politely ask them to remake my order. They kept insisting they gavethe drink to my driver and that the driver must have stolen it. I informed them that either way I ordered it and didn?t get it.They refused to remake my food but offered to put my fries back in the fryer, which is disgusting because who wants food thathas been sent out dropped back into a fryer with fresh food being made. I asked again for them to remake the order because thiswas a mess up on their part and having to drive here with the food to prove I had an ordered delivered that was cold and missingitems defeated the whole point of getting it delivered and was clearly upsetting. The staff finally went on to say they couldn?twaste money remaking my food. I told them forget it and took my drink and left. It?s very disappointing that your staff didn?twant to give me my drink or remake my food that was delivered cold. I doubt I?ll order from here again because unfortunately youhave messed us my orders way too many times, from giving me the wrong food, to missing food, to insisting that I was trying toget a free meal when you actually gave my food to the wrong driver and it was confirmed by the delivery company of this andconstantly blame the drivers instead of just admitting you made a mistake and fixing it. There is no way an unopened bagdelivered in less than 20 minutes could have been cold and why would the driver insist that they asked multiple times if myorder had a drink before they left. *Insert Eyeroll Here* Read more

We order from here about once a month. Always good! This past Friday I came in to pick up an online order and just had to wait a... little over 5 min for fries (I don't mind, it means they're fresh!) Everyone was super pleasent and they were slammed busy. Youguys do a good job, thanks!! Read more

Not only was I late picking up my pick up order, but I waited another 20 minutes after I got there for just my fries. Literally... had people who ordered dine in get their food before me and I waited an hour total. Also, all the while, a manager was sittingright there saying how much she "liked to give her customers the best experience" as she let my food get cold on the shelfbehind her. Read more

Wing Stop is great! I think they have the best fries in town and their sauce and rub flavors give you tons of options. They have... friendly service and affordable prices (especially if you go for 70 cent boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday) Read more

This has been one of my WORST experiences with a "Multi-Million Dollar" business to date. I ordered a meal for delivery. Not... only did I not receive a notification email that the food was delivered, but my meal was missing the cheese for the cheese friesas well as my 20 oz Sweet Tea. See pics for reference. The food had sat outside for nearly 30 minutes and was cold. I spoke withan associate the first time I called about it. He was extremely unprofessional, they took no accountability for the mistakes andinstead blamed it all on the 3rd Party (Doordash) THEY work with. It doesn't say that my delivery would be fulfilled by a 3rdparty. He explained this and said basically there was nothing he would be able to do and that was coming from the manager. I wasalso told that they individual couldn't call me back because they didn't have my number or contact information. It is on thereceipt attached to the bag they delivered. I called back a minute or 2 later because I realized I had not received my drinkeither. The same employee picked up the phone and when I started talking he placed me on hold. I called back and the sameemployee seemed confused when I started telling him what was going on. I let him know that he had just spoken with me less than5 minutes ago and he said oh. I asked to speak directly to the manager and he hung up on me. About 5 minutes later I receive acall from the manager who turned out to be equally as unprofessional, turning snappy and loud. My whole agency heard thisconversation, and we will no longer support this establishment, due to their lack of professionalism and horrendous customerservice! Read more
