We did a take out order. Service was fast and quick at pick up. I got there before my original pick up time and the food was... ready already. 4 star on the food because some wings were kinda dried, not enough sauce on them. Read more

The QR Codes on the table read Scan. Order. Pay. Which is nice. But they should have added Be ignored to the Slogan. Food was... average, I'd give it 3 stars. There is probably better service given in Prison however. Go elsewhere if you want to feel like avalued customer and not an inconvenience. Read more

Bad experience. The bartender was very friendly, but she proceeded to chat with the regulars while telling me ?Be with you in a... minute?. I sat there for 10 minutes before I could get a drink and a menu. When my food came not as I ordered it, I had toflag down the bartender because she was still ignoring me after several minutes. When the food finally came back (took longerthan the original order), it looked like a middle finger on a plate. It was cold, an absolute mess and very difficult to eat. It seemed like the kitchen was annoyed with me for whatever reason, even though I clearly communicated the order to thebartender, who repeated it back to me. The bartender was clearly catering to the regulars at the bar and more focused on havingfun with the regular patrons than serving the rest of the customers. Two stars since I?ve had decent experiences before, but Idon?t think I?ll be coming back. Read more

Place an order online said it will be ready by 6PM came to pick up told me it will be 15 to 20 minutes longer! The employee said... that he is only one person nothing he can or will do about it! I?m shocked that Buffalo Wild Wings employe someone that can beso rude! This is the last time visiting this location I recommend the rest of you people do the same! This is not right whensomeone have a lunch that is only 30 minutes long they will not even have time to eat their lunch! How will Buffalo Wild Wingsmake this right? Read more

Looks like customer service isn't a priority any more. Tried to order food from here and they said they were out of onion rings.... In my eyes not a problem, substitute onion rings for fries. The waitress nor the manager would make the substitution. Crazy thatI'm trying to substitute something of lesser value and they wouldn't. I guess my money is no good there. Read more

Store was clean, and the food delicious. The hostess who greeted us (sorry, didn't catch her name) was nice and friendly and... seated us right away. Our server Diego was also great! Very attentive and friendly. Diego went above and beyond on beyond makingsure we were satisfied. We had a small issue with a mozzarella stick and he reported it to mgmt and provided us with additionalmozzarella sticks without our even asking. He also took the time to wish us well on the way out. In my opinion Diego deservesnot only recognition but also to be rewarded. Read more
