My family of 5 arrived at 7:50 on a Friday night. Got our bevs fairly quickly. Minus the water my wife had ordered. After 50min... they came over and told us they forgot to put our order in. Customer service.. garbage.. submitted an order online.. large 2 topping, no halves, nothing tricky. . Pepperoni extra cheese..... Order printed out wrong and they made THAT order.. Tried for the first time on a Thursday. I always look for deals so I was very happy with the value I got as they had a carry out... special $11 for 1 topping XL pizzas. We ordered three of them using online website. Very easy to order. Pizzas were ready 5 minafter time expected so I had to wait a little bit, but places are short staffed everywhere, and I was happy to know they werefresh. Got home and pizza was hot and tasted great. Kids loved it. We liked both thin and original crust, but thin could havebeen a little crispier. For price and quality overall I give 5 stars and will order again. Read more

Definitely my favorite pizza place. Order from here regularly, love their deep dish. Consistency and great service make a... world of difference, but it doesn't hurt that that food is also delicious! I will miss them when I move. Chanticlear has a fewlocations the northern Metro, but nothing that will deliver to my new house. Definitely give them a try. Read more
I ordered a "make your own pizza". Medium with Hand Tossed crust. When it arrived it was a half Cheese and the other side was a... mound of a variety of toppings. It was very spicy, tasted like BBQ sauce and there was Bacon.....I am allergic to Bacon. Mypoint is people do make mistakes and they should have just solved it right away. We ended up having this "debate". The gentlemanon the phone said "we don't make mistakes like that". So, I just spent $30+ dollars on a Pizza that I can not eat, I meanliterally can't eat. He did not offer to do a thing. Minimally a small pizza would have been something!! He said "Company policyis no reimbursements".
