Rude lady manager with eye rolling problem. Took her 15 minutes to acknowledge that we were there then proceed with the most... snappy attitude when taking our order. We ended up leaving and dinning elsewhere. I (use) to come here 3x a week because it wasclose by work, but willing to travel a little further now for anything else but here. Never returning. They locked the doors so theirs No way!! You can order for take out without even going inside. We left cause I didnt feel like... going into the drive thru even on 4th of July... doors were locked. It was drive thru only. Read more

The inside was closed you had to go to drivre treu thay did not give hu our whole order then thay had an attitude when wd asked... for the rest of oue order we had to eat out side and we were missing 2. If you're closed shut the lights off instead of making your customers sit at drive thru. Not that difficult. Hours on door mean... nothing. Poorly managed location. Read more

On December 26, 2021, I ordered a much anticipated new Italian chicken sandwich and received a regular chicken sandwich without... cheese or mozzarella sauce. I tried to call the Burger King (on Ray and Rural) when I got home, but the number listed on theirwebsite was a FAX number. So I could never get through that entire evening. Also the girl at the drive-up window was very rude.When I drove up to the window for my order, I said hi how are you and she just stared at me. After I got my wrong order, I askedif they had a plastic bag to put my order in. The girl said "no" (only "no") again in a rude tone and just staring at me. So Idrove off and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order. Since I couldn't get through to them on the phone, Ifound an email address for them where I could lodge my complaint. I received a response which asked me to send them "the emailand order number" with the details. I sent back my email address and said there was an "order 8" at the top of the receipt. OnJanuary 6, 2022, I received another response, asking again for the "email address of your mobile app account, the date and timeof your visit, the amount spent and the refund reason." Rather than continuing to jump through all these hoops and telling themI don't even have a mobile app account, I decided to just forget it. Read more

Drive through order. Got home to find a chunk of plastic sheet in one of our burgers presumably from the cheese. Drove all the... way back with the food only for them to offer a partial refund. Waste given the rest of our group wasn't too eager to eat giventhe garbage found in the food. Read more
