Terrible experience. I used my rewards. The manager told me I had to spend $1 so I drove home grabbed my wallet. When I came... back it was giving me another code and it wasn't letting me use the the code. Originally the manager wouldn't make it rightafter I drove home to grab my wallet and she wasn't giving me anything big waste of my time and day I was starving after workingall day she gave me big attitude!!!!!! This place is a complete disgrace to the name burger king. My family and I got food here today and the order was short of what... was expected might as well have been reverse day because the food we ordered and Paid for was nothing from what we received. Theorder was completely messed up I paid for food we did not receive. You're better off going to jack in the box or the deli at thenearest grocery store. At least there you get what you paid for. Dismal. Half of the staff was okay, the other slow as heck... despite an empty dining room. That, I could overlook if the food... was good, but oh how this order was disgusting. Breakfast croissant sandwiches were thoroughly mangled and the 4 dollar taterswere greasy and bitter. Sad to pay so much for terrible foods. Read more

Went here and there were 2 cars in drive thru. Ordered via my app at 6:53. I pulled up to the drive thru and they said they... didn?t see the order that sometimes it takes a few minutes to come through so I said okay I?ll pull up to the window and wait.As I pulled up to the window they turned off all the lights except a couple in back. I waited a few more minutes still no onecame to the window. It showed that they should have been open until 8pm and again I placed my order a 6:53. I pulled aroundand knocked on the door to their dining room. I saw them moving around and looking out at me. I asked to speak to the manager. Still no answer and no manager. This was all well before 8pm. A couple of employees came out and said they were closed and Iasked again to speak to the manager which they repeated they are closed and cannot help me. I finally found the spot on theirapp to report the issue. While I was typing out the report the manager came out and left without even acknowledging me. Thebiggest issue is the app took my order, took my money, they talked to me, knew I was there and ignored me. If the manager hadjust come to the drive through window explained to me why they were closing early and given me a refund or told me how to get arefund on their own company?s app then I would have been fine but to completely ignore me that?s the worst. I will never go tothis Burger King ever again and hope the rest of you do the same. This is not the first time I have caught them closing earlyand I?m not talking about just during COVID. This fast food restaurant is horrible. They completely ignore any special requests you have for burgers here. You order... something and they will make what they think is necessary. Then when you try to call the restaurant and speak to a manager, allit does is ring and ring until it goes to a fax machine noise. This is ridiculous and I'm contacting corporate. Read more
