She started to become suspicious of money... being taken (she pays cash) and once she was able to confirm the redhead was stealing, she reached out to the franchise owner.He?s apparently too busy to care that customers are being taken advantage. Ordered twice, first time had no sauce. Those nuggets aren?t the same dry! Second time ordered an 8 oz bottle so I wouldn?t... have that problem again and a bottle of ranch that was expired by a whole month was delivered. Read more

Dining room says it?s open til 10pm. It?s 9:12 and the doors are locked. This is unacceptable for a chick fil a establishment.
First time here. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very satisfying. Simple and not too overwhelming the top in regards... to the heat/spice to it. The crust wasn't overbearing in thickness or greasy at all. Customer service was quick and kind. Overall a great experience. Read more

Hot Food with Friendly Service! This location did not disappoint with its food or Service. I was greeted with a smile and a... pleasant tone. She confirmed my order and asked if it was for Dine in or to go. I ordered the #1 Classic Chicken Sandwich mealfor Dine In. She also asked me about any sauces that I needed. My food was served at my table in a timely manner. The food washot and fresh and I could see the steam coming from my friend and sandwich. It was absolutely hot and tasty! The lobby was semibusy and I came during a changeover l, where I could see employees coming in for their shift and others leaving. I also askedfor a refill, which was given "with pleasure". Great food. Nice clean play area for the kids. Only negative... wasn't their fault.... the play area clearly says age 3 and... under. But parents were letting children who were obviously older (one even looked about 8) in the play area. Read more
