Hello I hope someone in upper corporate sees this. My name is mitch I have lived in over 9 states in my long blessed life. And... in that life I have been to many many gas stations and have made many friends from Circle K, Dino , Wawa, and many many more ,and long story short there is a young lady named jewl that has to be one of the sweetest women i have ever met in my 87 years ofbeing blessed with life, I have gotten to know this young woman over the past year or so scene retiring in Chandler. We havetold each other our life stories and she has been thru quite a lot so have I. I am asking you as a loyal customer to transferher to casa grande ( where she lives) as she can barely afford to pay for fuel. I dont feel sorry for this lady, but ratheradmire her for her strength and courage to never give up no matter what life has thrown at her. As a father/grandfather/smallbusiness owner i can unequivocally say this woman is not only a asset but a brick in the building that is "circle k" she hasbeen through homelessness and much worse then that in her life and yet she still has the place smelling like air freshener andgreets everyone with a smile. Bad location .extremely busy. One worker. Scratcher machine will take your money. Using cash is a pain. Use gas pump that... leaks/pours gas everywhere when you just remove nozzle. Get more help and better equipment. And better service. If you ask forcorporate office employees don?t know the number. They also won?t refund you at the worker level. They don?t know phone numberto their store either. Workers have poor attitudes and will shrug their shoulders at your complaints. Save yourself trouble andgo to better more up to date locations. I would like it if corporate or the district manager for this location with reach out to me concerning one of their reps here.... Not only does he have poor judgment but poor customer service as well as a lier and making himself pass as the store manager.This joke of customer service from "John" was not funny and he has no people skills what so ever. Well I am so sorry to see and hear past experiences I recently took over this location again and we have had a lot of changes... for the good lately so I wanted to respond to some of these posts. We did get our parking lot redone so exciting to have thenew extra parking much needed as well as a new frosted machine which again was much needed. Read more
