POOR QUALITY FOOD DO NOT EAT AT SONIC. Talked to Kayla the store manager about a order that was burnt very bad that I was... unable to eat. When I tryed 10 minutes later to return it for reimbursement she told me that I needed a receipt that they neverprovided in the bag. So she would not return my purchase. WAS NOT GOING TO REFUND ME. The worst customer service ever! The people that work there are rude. The food was terrible and cold. They got the order... wrong. It's a hot mess! One of the worst meals I ever had at this Sonic location. And the female (so-called) Manager had no compassion, for my dining... experience at this establishment. I had some burnt fries and onion rings (cooked in their dirty grease). And my burger was notcooked fresh, was prepared with some dry hamburger meat and old cheese put together. Needless to say, I didnt get my moneyback...nor did I get a "freshly" prepared meal. Please people, do not settle like I did....if you eat here. (Complain,complain, complain).
