I wrote this review 9 months ago and my review still stands. The people that work here are 100% lazy and always cancel delivery... orders. Yet you drive to the location and what do you expect, no one is in line. This seems to be an issue with all Cold Stones.Amazing how they're still in business for having such poor service. "Original review: This location and staff are friendly, thatis when you go to visit. If you order delivery good luck. Orders get canceled and it always says they?re busy and can?t takeorders. Then you drive there and there?s only a couple people in line. Not sure how that?s considered busy but okay. This place disappoints. Every. Single. Time. The service is *sloooowww* (despite the over abundance of employees); the... restaurant space itself is grungy, dingy, and just feels *dirty; and they?re always out of something or have an excuse for notbeing fully stocked.
