I wrote this review 9 months ago and my review still stands. The people that work here are 100% lazy and always cancel delivery... orders. Yet you drive to the location and what do you expect, no one is in line. This seems to be an issue with all Cold Stones.Amazing how they're still in business for having such poor service. This place disappoints. Every. Single. Time. The service is *sloooowww* (despite the over abundance of employees); the... restaurant space itself is grungy, dingy, and just feels *dirty; and they?re always out of something or have an excuse for notbeing fully stocked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Read more
I had a birthday coupon, and we went in to order. I ordered a sweet cream ice cream with strawberries mixed in. They put on two... strawberries and barely mixed them in the middle of the ice cream, mostly left whole. My husband ordered a cookies and creamand received the same, no mixing of the ice cream per se, only full cookies, not crumbled and mixed in. I seriously doubt wewill ever return to this store! First time having Cold Stone in a long time. The crew was very good. They were very busy with a line out the door. They still... managed to greet every person, add the personal touch, and male a great product. It's only a 4 star because the outside tableswere caked with old ice cream that had been there for many days. Other than that the team deserves kudos. Read more
An attempt to enjoy some good ice cream turns into a vomiting experience. My spouse and I decided to order some Cold Stone for... desert on our Saturday evening. The ice cream had a long hair in it. A nice stringing hair. Quality is hard to come by thesedays and I have lost my appetite for Cold Stone. I was going to call and complain, but what good does that do? Not sure why but this specific location always seems to have stale waffle bowls. Don't know if they're just day old or if... something else is going on. Either way, it's never great to try to crunch it and get squish. Read more
