When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation. We did. No hello, welcome, or anything. We were then seated at a narrow... table close to two other tables with one being very loud and obnoxious. It took over 10 minutes for our server to evenacknowledge us. Once she did she was very sweet. But, the service was pretty poor. She seemed overworked with too manytables. We had finished our appetizer (barely fit on our tiny crowded table) before she took our dinner order. 35-40 minutesafter arriving. Our plates were all shades of brown when they came out. Not very pretty. No green or orange veggies. Even asprig of kale would’ve been better than all fried potatoes in various shapes. An entre with nothing else would’ve even beenbetter. The pork chop was delicious. Although, The salmon was raw(cold) in the center. And inedible. Verydisappointing. This was not what I’d consider good French Cuisine. And I’ve eaten at many French restaurants. Therestaurant itself is pretty. But, the acoustics are horrible. Every sound bounces of the exposed air duct ceiling and hardfloors. If there’s a loud table, the whole place can hear them, as the sound carries well and the seating is a bit crowded. It was quite distracting and not very intimate. Probably best for a bar night out with rowdy friends than an intimatedinner. If you’re not looking for a fine dining/French restaurant experience, this place might be fine for you. It’s anok casual night out place. Read more

Food was really good. Nice escargot and well-cooked meat. Went as a family and the server did not mention special menus before... ordering and desert menus after the main course. We did not get default appetizers either. I mentioned it to the server and shesaid we ordered too soon for her to mention it to us which I did not understand. The other tables were provided with everythingI mentioned above so I know there was something off. Felt like a racial hate crime and won’t recommend this place to AAPIcommunity. Read more

Since strolling the streets of Paris themselves, I have not found such a true expression of French cuisine and culture. The name... Cuisine & Wine Bistro is deceptively generic, and I believe it only reiterates the authenticity of this classic French bistrowith an appellation reminiscent of the countless Parisian establishments with signs that simply read "Café," "Restaurant," or"Bistro." The ambiance of the interior is so soothing and intimate, with dark woods, black metals, soft spotlights on tables, and warm orange Edison bulbs all around. The impressive wine collection is proudly displayed at the entrance. We arrived for ourreservation on time and were seated immediately. The service is unmistakably French with its understated professionalism, attentiveness from a distance, and leisurely pace that deliberately facilitates the social experience of dining out. Everydetail feels intentional, from the incredible sommelier-curated wine selection to the variety of classic French dishes, whichinclude eccentric delicacies like frog legs and escargot, as well as staples like canard à l'orange. The frog legs weredelicious in their buttery crust. The duck was so rich and sweet. The lamb was one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had andcooked to perfection. For dessert, the crème brulée is sweet perfection, with or without the candied orange rind. The Portwine became almost excessively decadent. To finish the night off with a flourish, we were surprised with some wonderfulcomplimentary sparkling rosé wine to celebrate our anniversary. We departed into the night as our server held the door for usand wished us well. We are so thankful for the beautiful experience and look forward to another special night inParis-in-Chandler sometime soon. Read more
