Why are these guy even open? How are you not prepared for customers for that day. Everything I tried to order ?we don't have it?... so basically you get pork and Kielbasa! I think I'm done giving dickeys a chance to get better. I think it time to take mybusiness elsewhere and I highly recommend you spend you money elsewhere. Read more

This location needs some serious help. Staff is not friendly, inviting or helpful by any means. They had chairs set up behind... the register so they could sit down. The restaurant was very dirty not stocked and had carts of supplies sitting around on thefloor. They had a movie playing on the tv at an insane volume instead of playing music. The soda machine and sauce area wasfilthy and not stocked. Out of the 3 staff members only 1 of them had a company shirt on and looked half way professional. Where to begin... this place needs a surprise inspection from the health department! Absolutely filthy! They had only been open... an hour when we visited. Restrooms not available as furniture was stacked in them. Floors filthy. Drink and utensil area notstocked. When we pulled up, there was a family outside with adults smoking. I thought they were customers. Nope! The woman wentstraight into the kitchen without washing her hands, her long hair not pulled back or in a net. There was an older woman in thekitchen with a child (yes a child in the kitchen). The employees didn't know the menu and were asking each other how to makethings (they still didn't get it right). The cashier appeared to be wearing a very soiled white undershirt. No one looked orbehaved professionally. In all fairness, the young lady who brought our order out did smile and was friendly. Food poisoning iswaiting to happen here. None of the food ordered was hot. I ordered a potato and got two (they forgot the butter & sour cream).When I asked why the two, I was told it was because the potatoes were small. How do you stay in business if you do this? You'restill doubling the toppings for each potato. The lemonade dispenser looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time! Stufffloating in it including something dark. If I could give negative stars I would. I sent on 8/6/22 at 7:56 PM. I ordered a large cream of Spinach, Medium Mac and cheese... and a pulled pork plate. We only received half of what we order on the Spinach and the medium mac and cheese was a small. Alsowhile waiting on my food the employees were looking at me, pointing, whispering and laughing at me. When I told them about theamount of food. I was told that was all they had rudely. The mac and cheeses looked very old and dry and they did not have anyBBQ sauce. I called cooperate to make a complaint and the lady on the phone was rude and told me noting van be done. Read more

(7/14/2022) Darren was excellent! I came in and was greeted very warmly and immediately! The service was fast and the food was... even better! Very flavorful and fresh! (visited on 7/25/2022) However, upon further visits, when Darren (the owner) isn't therethe staff is very lackluster and unattentive...I walked in and stood alone at the head of the line for awhile and the whole timethe employees scrolled through their phone looked at me waiting and said/did nothing...it appeared as though 2 of them wereslowly unloading some meat to the fridge while the other lady just stood there on her phone blissfully unaware of anything goingon...I was on lunch so I needed to get my food fast and took my business to Wendy's across the way. If Darren is there I'll stopin for food but if not I'll probably turn around and head to Wendy's again. Read more

This is our 2nd try?. the first time we didn?t receive the right things? this time We placed an order online so nothing could go... missing or added. We show up they couldn?t even find it. So waited 30-40 minutes. Then half the sides we ordered they ranout..they had like 7 sides and out of half of them. they were kind enough to give us a extra side of brisket. But the burnt tippork was way beyond edible and the corn bread was so dry with large hard corn kernels in it. The combo of bad service andunsatisfactory food is not worth the price. Read more

Nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner! We ate here two days in a row and were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and... even accommodated special requests: chopped up my chicken, toasted the bun etc. The food was tasty and there were three kindsof BBQ sauce we could choose from. They cater and deliver in addition to the dine in experience. Definitely recommend thisplace. Read more

Should be a 3.5, had burnt ends. They heated them in a deep fryer? Very odd. Isn't ends were just okay. I would try something... else. Sides were decent. Sauces were good. Read more
