I ordered online and went into the store to pick up my order I was standing there for close to 10 minutes before anyone help me... and during that 10 minutes I witness no one was wearing gloves they were touching the pizza dough not wearing gloves touchingthe ingredients (cheese, pepperoni etc) and then wiping their hands all over their pants, touching their face, their glasses andthen going back and touching the food which is cross-contamination not one person in there was wearing gloves and the whole timeI was in there they at least made five pizzas without wearing gloves that is unsanitary and unsafe and a health violation. Ihave been coming here for years and I am absolutely disgusted at what I saw today I couldn?t even eat my food that I bought. Read more
Even though they say that you can order delivery until 1am on Sunday, you can't. You can try online but it will tell you to... call. You call and the recording says to call back later. This is the only pizza place "open" near me. Too bad for them, ThanksDomino's Read more
Curbside delivery does NOT work. I responded to the text message that I received that I had arrived, but the message would not... go through. I then clicked on the link to track my order, and it said the order could not be found. I gave up and went insideto pick up my waiting order. I told the employee inside that his curbside delivery system wasn't working, and he replied "Iknow" As for my order, I ordered EXTRA pepperoni, but if this was their version of extra, I was seriously disappointed - I'vehad more on just a regular pizza without paying for "Extra". y next order will NOT be from Dominoes. Everytime my pizza is undercooked. They always blame being understaffed. Have tried ordering delivery 3+ times and they... cancelled my order more then one time saying they don?t have staff or they were to busy and I could finish it. I?ve beenpromised credits on my account and have never got them. Even the manager said ?there?s nothing we can do with the staff wehave?? one time I sat at their door at 7pm lookin through the door and knocking on it repulsively becuse they closed 4 hoursbefore they were supposed to. This is my favorite Domino's Pizza location. I can call or order online. It is always ready when promised and made just like I... want it! The employees are always very friendly and helpful. :) I think that the pizzas are a much better deal at $5.99 than thesandwiches when they are on sale. Read more
I ordered online for delivery. Everything was moving a long well until 5:55pm when it came out of the oven for the quality... check. I called 3 times starting at 7:55 since I had not gotten my pizza not was their movement in the process. All 3 times Iwas hung up on. It is now 8:43 as I am typing this. I still have not yet gotten my pizza. It is still in the quality checkphase. I just want my money back, but no one will answer and speak with me.
