I was the only guy in the drive though and they still managed to mess up my order. They didn?t give me my 3 orders of hash... browns. They tried giving me a orange juice that I didn?t order. There donuts was all thrown in a bag and very hard andstale. This place is such a disappointment to Dunkin? Donuts. Tried to call them and they won?t even answer. My favorite donut place has a giant sink hole in the parking lot! It?s been like that for over a year and they still haven?t... fixed it! I find that really odd. The dine-in is completely closed up and the door is always locked so the only option is drivethru and it?s so hard to order donuts for kids when they can?t see them! Most of the time they are out of strawberry, vanillaand chocolate donuts my kids want so I drive away empty handed. I will start going to the Gilbert one on Chandler Hts andHigley, they seem bigger and probably have more options. Read more
Their lobby is closed due to short staffing, so if you're not in a car, you can not give them your business. Good thing... Starbucks is within walking distance. Read more
They are unorganized and slower than my expectations. They handed me a bag and left, but I realized I didn?t have my drink yet... so I waited. I asked them to scan my loyalty app but they said it was too late (no big deal, my fault). While waiting I checkedthe bag. I only ordered 2 sandwiches and a croissant, but just had the 2 sandwiches in the bag. A different person came andhanded my my drink and said to have a good day, but I didn?t receive my croissant. A third person then walked up and grabbed mycroissant off the counter and handed it to me. Overall, I waited 15 minutes and was the only person in line. The drive thru washard to access from the south entrance because of parking lot construction. I wasn?t even sure they were open. They don?t havetheir deals anymore (I know, inflation). Well of course the donuts are spot on. However, it's a bit disappointing that we didn't get called when our drink order was... place on the counter around the corner. When I went up to get extra napkins after some time with a little concern, I noticedthat what looked like our order was sitting there. I asked and the staff had no clue. Here's the deal. I don't write reviews because I want free stuff and I'm very patient before I feel it necessary to write a... negative review. But if you are somebody that likes your morning coffee in a very particular manner this just simply isn't thelocation for you. The first picture shown below was taken this morning at this location. Every morning before work I order alarge cold brew with 1 cream, 1 sugar, and 2 pumpkin(Basic B I know). But I order it like that for 2 reasons. One, I like thetaste of the coffee And two, like many other people a ton of coffee Creamer doesn't sit very well.. Every morning that I stopby the location near my home my order comes out screwed up. Always having way more creamer then I ask for. So much so, creameris all I taste and it awful. Now you'll notice a second picture of a different cup of coffee. No.. I did not ask for them toremake my coffee. What I decided to do was stop by a different location near my work in North Scottsdale and order the exactsame thing. Notice there 2 major differences between the 2 pictures.. The color difference is night and day. The original cuphas so much Creamer it's virtually white. While the 2nd cup is much more brown in color from the coffee. And you should be ableto easily notice the other major difference.. The location that knows what they're doing actually writes on the cup exactlywhat I want that way it ensures the person making the order gets it right to first time! If anyone in North Scottdale sees this,go to store 348404 off of raintree and the 101. They know what they are doing. Anyone in the south Chandler area..
