I went here to get breakfast for my family and myself on 9/25/22. They messed up my order not once but twice! When I informed... the manager that they had messed it up the second time she was very rude to me! She tried to claim it was not their fault. Shetried to say it was rung up wrong. I told her it was rung up correct. I showed her my receipt to show it was correct. After thesecond time all they did was take the egg off my sandwich and TOSSED it on the counter in a bag (I had ordered a Sausage andcheese sandwich on a bagel with no egg)! At that point I had enough! I asked for a refund and called customer service to file acomplaint! If this was an isolated incident (which it wasn't) I wouldn't be so upset! They constantly mess up my order! I hateto be "that person", but Dunkin' has lost my business for good! An update to this post: almost a month and a half later theysent me a digital gift card as an "apology". No one ever called or emailed me to follow up with me about my experience. Read more
Like any dunkies, you might not get what you ordered, but you will get something ???? I still come by every day so, y'know.
I?ve avoided this location for the better part of two years due to poor customer service. I gave them another shot today, big... mistake. Two years later and the staff is still incompetent and rude. A little disappointed that Dunkin no longer carries hazelnut syrup for my coffee. Most times they can?t get the heating of food... properly, but they always greet me with a smile and have really good customer service at this location. Read more
This is a great location. Drinks are delicious, and the staff is super friendly. Love coming here!
Customer service is horrible I stood there for 10 minutes and not one employee said a word a white person walks in behind me and... they greeted him like I wasn?t even standing there. I had to get my coffee remade twice smh it?s always the customer servicethat kills a business! I?ll patron the one on Arizona ave. And I?m calling the health inspector I recorded the young girl grabdonuts with no gloves and give them to a lady in drive through after wiping her sleeve across her nose!!!!
