We ordered last night. For sometime we have loved Firehouse. The theme, the story, the quality of the food. Must have sold to a... conglomerate recently.. bread was dry, sandwich wasn't made made as promised.. even the chocolate chip cookie sucked. What ashame. Why 3 stars when it was so bad? The good was delicious. Only issue was some random woman took it thinking it was hers and put her hands all over it and then... they just gave it to us. I would have preferred that call out the names and not just give to whomever is standing there. Butoverall would still eat there again. The best place for subs hands down. Read more
Firehouse subs are doing a special with people's names. And to my surprise my initials came up for a free medium size sub. Trey... was the gentleman that was helping me and he recommended the barbecue brisket sandwich. It was good the meat was very tender andthe bread was very good. But the five stars came from Trey enthusiasm over the sandwich and his recommendation. Definitely a funexperience. Read more
If you don't request the "speak to a manager" option when calling Firehouse you will be transferred to a central dispatch. The... central dispatch does not have current regional menus and will not allow you to order the current advertised specialty subs ornewest items. I placed my order after being told the item I wanted was not available, I called and requested the manager optionand spoke to an employee at the store itself and they happily fixed my order. So slow!!!! The food was good, but it took over 20 mins to get two subs. The staff was nice, but the store could use some... cleaning. They do have some chairs and tables outside which is nice. I would recommend going down the road to the next location. Read more
Firehouse has great food at great prices. The menu has a great variety of unique sandwiches. The Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich... is the best. They even have amazing gluten-free bread. Room for improvement? The service was so slow it tested everyone?spatience. Read more
Great meatball sandwich ???? but rather expensive. Over $14 for a meal deal. I suppose this is the new normal ????
