Update: 6/28 The District Manger Madison reached out to me took full accountability for the mistake and was professional and... courteous. From our conversation, you can tell that she truly cares and spoke from a place of genuine disappointment for theexperience that I had and she assured me that their goal was to grow and learn from it. I also appreciate that I was never askedor pressured into updating my review in order to be made whole so this edit is of my own volition. I have no doubt that my nextvisit to this location will be great! I ordered 2 combos with a shake and a concrete a week ago. I got home and realized I wasmissing the chicken tenders from the order. I tried calling the store a couple of times immediately after we realized that thefood was missing but was unable to get in touch with anyone at the restaurant but left a message as requested by the voicemail.I have subsequently called 4 additional times throughout the week and still have not been able to speak with anyone except thevoicemail that are never returned. I waited a full week before posting this because understand that stuff happens but at thispoint it is beyond a reasonable level of patience. This is the second time in a row that food was missing.
