Oh wow. Yum. I had my first Spicy Musubi here. It was tasty. I'll be back to try other things on the menu.
Got the order wrong and then proceeded to say she confirmed with me when I ONLY chicken & beef and any Hawaiian style... restaurant. Only reason why I stopped at this location was because it was closer than the Ono Hawaiian near my home. NEVERAGAIN! It came... with a large scoop of white rice, macaroni salad, and a small wedge of cabbage. The chicken was thigh meat, marinated andgrilled, and was tender with good flavor. I loved the earthy grilled taste of it. The kalua pork was decent. It was a largeportion with smoky salty flavor. There was something about the texture that I didn't quite like 100% though, like it wasslightly stringy/dry tasting despite being soaked in broth.
