The pizza was great, loved the decor and atmosphere the place had, i looked the is of the wine bottles and lights to light up... the place, it was a great New York style pizza. I like the oven cooked version over a traditional let's get the pizza made ovenversion, the sauce was not heavily spiced and you could still taste the tomatoes. Not sure what?s going on with this location but they served us brown, slimy, wilted salad and then burnt pizza. Had them take... the salads back but kept the pizza since we had waited 40+ min for it. Also ran out of the lunch special individual size pizzasby 12:30pm, didn?t inform us on arrival or offer any alternatives. Seems they are really struggling, which is too bad. There wasonly one server on for the whole restaurant with no help from the management. Times are tough for the industry but that doesn?tmean I want rotten or burnt food. Will likely go to Gilbert location next time, as their food isn?t cheap and I want to get whatI pay for? fresh food prepared correctly! Read more
I have rated this location as a 5 star before and now it's barely a 3 star... the quality and quantity has gone down so much, I... don't know if I can continue to justify getting pizza here. Grimaldis has always had very good pizza but the last 3 times weordered at the Casa Paloma location we were very disappointed. We had the wrong toppings on our pizza, missing toppings and thesize has gotten ridiculously smaller. What they call an 18in pizza, in a large pizza box, is not even close to what we arepaying for. After the 3rd time getting a pizza that looked smaller we measured it. Turns out the 18in pizza is barely a 15x16inch oval! I hope someone in management reads this and looks at the photos because something needs to change quickly at thislocation! Read more
First time to eat here. Ordered a wedge salad, caprese, and a crispy Don with jalapeños. The jalapeños must be in juice and... they just added to the top because the juice was running out of the box and the crust was soggy. Not even eat able. The wedgesalad was no wedge not even the right kind of lettuce. Spent 60.00 bucks and left with sad results. Read more
This was our first time here. We are extremely happy with the food and the service. Nikki was our waitress and she was simply... hands down one of the best waitresses we've ever had. She was nice, friendly, gave us great advice on what we might beinterested in trying. We never once had to ask for a refill. She was checking on us and made sure we had everything we neededbefore we even asked. The food was so delicious ????. We had appetizers, the bruschetta sampler is so yummy and the antipestoplate was good. Pizza was hot and made perfectly to how we ordered. The dinning area was beautiful and very clean. Theatmosphere takes you back to a modern Italian feeling. I highly recommend to check it out. We are definitely going to be repeatcustomers!!!! Read more
