It seems like a lot people have been complaining about the same thing, and I?m hoping that something changes. The customer... service here suckssss!!!! I work at the mall, and when I want to get a smoothie the first place I think of is Jamba, howevereverytime I come, no one is working. I come at different times of the day too, and there?s always a sign that says ?closed forrestocking?. I?m starting to believe that they?re not actually restocking with the amount of time it takes for someone to getback. I did try to purchase a product and the girl attending I believe was the leader said it will take a while because there was not... clean blenders available and it will take about 10 minutes to get them clean, I was agreed to wait but then she refused to takemy order arguing that if she does my order was going to be on her screen. Usually this place is okay. Stood looking at the board for a few minutes to decide what we wanted. Felicity is SO attentive. My first encounter was when my bowl was made a little incorrectly which it happens, she was prompt to... fix the problem with a smile and reassured me not to feel bad for saying something.
