Italian sub sandwich was delicious! The staff needs to be friendly. Made me feel like I was not welcomed. Walked in and... approached the counter. The young girl didn't say anything. I asked to order two Italian subs and asked to get two drinks. Thegirl didn't say anything and the girl next to her said I could order two drinks or make it a combo. I asked for two combos. I have always appreciated the fresh food I've gotten from Jimmy John's. We always search for a Jimmy John's when we are out of... town because we know we can depend on the high quality of their sandwiches. Fast, friendly service at this store. My favoritesandwich shop. Read more

Freaky slow and wrong orders. Asked for peppers, onions, and mustard to be added. They weren't on there so after waiting an hour... for my sandwich, I had to call and tell them it was wrong, the girl that answered went and asked the manager and the managercalled me a liar and said they made the sandwich and knew it was right. Well here are the pictures of the sandwhich... nopeppers or onions or mustard. The girl on the phone got snippy when I told her the manager can get on the phone if they want tocall me a liar, they said it's fine we will make another sandwich but it's going to be quite a while to get to you. I'm done, I can't order from this location anymore. It feels like every other time I order from here, my order is wrong (and i... don't order from here often). Now I've had wrong orders twice in a row (two months apart I might add). Last time it was leavingcheese on when I ordered no cheese, this time they made the completely wrong sub (at least there wasn't cheese on it this time).Look at all the other low star reviews, avoid this location. The 2 girls working on the sandwiches were talking about fighting people the entire time I was waiting for my sandwich. One... slammed the sandwich on the counter and said here?s your Turkey sandwich while I was still pouring my drink. I thanked her andwhen I went to get YTB sandwich- it was not bagged and my pickle was missing. I told them that my pickle was missing and theylooked at each other for a few seconds. The one girl said ?I?ll get it ? and continued to talk to the other girl working -telling her she didn?t feel like working abs her day was so blah. Why should I feel bad that she doesn?t want to cut a picklethat I paid for if this is her job. Still didn?t bag anything. At this point , I?m bagging my own order and feeling souncomfortable. I've been ordering Jimmy Johns for years, and today, my husband, son and I got our usual sandwiches. When we got ours, there was... so little meat and other toppings; mainly bread. We went back in to ask why they were so skimpy, and the 'manager' goes "that'sjust how they are." The young woman standing next to him goes "well you can buy more meat." After waiting 40 minutes for delivery I called to find out they just had my food was sitting around.(I am in the same center as... the store) I then still waited for it to arrive only to be followed by THE DELIVERY DRIVER TIPPING HIMSELF OVER $100.
