Today?s experience was initially frustrating however the manager on duty deserves a raise for his professionalism and... willingness to correct the issue. I come from food industry and normally don?t complain but today I did and I had a greatresponse. I?m not sure the managers name but I feel he deserves recognition for his work ethic and staff. WAS NOT EVEN ORIGINAL RECIPE FLAVOR! Just ordered Original Recipe combo. Unreal. They were out of soda and napkins. Said they... were ?waiting for the truck.? This was not ANY KFC recipe. They substituted a ?batter? from some other source! Wow! Crazy! Pretty bad when you fake out customers with a generic batter that has NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. Read more
Kind of crazy here. Stopped by at 11 am on a Sunday. They told us right away at the drive thru, "Just so you know, we only have... 20 pieces of chicken." No problem, we wanted a 12 piece and a chicken sandwich. Nope, out of chicken sandwiches. It was 11 am.Went for tenders meal with a Mtn Dew. Ah, nope. "We have Diet Pepsi and Dr Pepper." Okay! Keeping it simple, I get that. At thewindow to pay, kind of a random comment about the card we used to pay. "Oh, one of these cards." Come on, people.
