Today?s experience was initially frustrating however the manager on duty deserves a raise for his professionalism and... willingness to correct the issue. I come from food industry and normally don?t complain but today I did and I had a greatresponse. I?m not sure the managers name but I feel he deserves recognition for his work ethic and staff. WAS NOT EVEN ORIGINAL RECIPE FLAVOR! Just ordered Original Recipe combo. Unreal. They were out of soda and napkins. Said they... were ?waiting for the truck.? This was not ANY KFC recipe. They substituted a ?batter? from some other source! Wow! Crazy! Pretty bad when you fake out customers with a generic batter that has NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. Read more
Kind of crazy here. Stopped by at 11 am on a Sunday. They told us right away at the drive thru, "Just so you know, we only have... 20 pieces of chicken." No problem, we wanted a 12 piece and a chicken sandwich. Nope, out of chicken sandwiches. It was 11 am.Went for tenders meal with a Mtn Dew. Ah, nope. "We have Diet Pepsi and Dr Pepper." Okay! Keeping it simple, I get that. At thewindow to pay, kind of a random comment about the card we used to pay. "Oh, one of these cards." Come on, people. Let me start here. I have been here one time in 11 years. The food was gross and then they hit me with a surcharge and I have... never been back. Tonight my wife was shopping next door and decided to pick up a few chicken sandwiches, you know the one theyadvertise as freshly cooked? Nope another falsehood. First I will say that I was surprised at how good the fries are but thatwas it. I do not know what kind of equipment they use to keep their chicken warming in but it does not work. You cant fooleverybody into thinking its cooked fresh. In kfc's mind that could mean freshly cooked a month ago. Was like eating hardleather sandwich. Have a look at the fresh coleslaw(see photos) thats swimming in god know what. At this point we did not eventry the Mac n Cheese so no opinion on that. Also forgot to give the wife the Dr. Pepper that was to come with the meal. Place ishorrible. Maybe they were busy I dont know but that is a Burger King excuse. The other chicken place across the street with thelong lines? They have no problem serving fresh food but I told the wife I was "so hungry, I could eat KFC". They didn't have the green hot sauce that I love from there and that kind of killed the mood. Other than that, the rest of stuff... was great, good service, great flavor for the coleslaw and the meshed potato, and the chicken well cooked and good temperature. Read more
I have eaten at this location several times, each time thinking it will be better this time, no such luck. Way overpriced for... overcooked old chicken, yuck. good luck getting what you asked for, they are always out of something. They are so worried aboutgetting an order out on time that they forgot make sure its slightly better than dog food. Read more
