Wasn't expecting to have a raw ranch burger once I got home from the drive thru. I was the only car in the drive thru, waited a... good 15min for my food. The restaurant wasn't busy inside. So, I don't understand why my burger was raw. The cashier was atleast friendly. I have a compromised immune system, so I don't eat undercooked foods. Will never eat here again, lesson learned. This is an updated review. My family has been coming to this location for awhile now. Their drive thru takes time expect to be... in line for at least 15 mins. This last experience was a turning sign of the location poor performance. We ordered at 7:49pmand received our food at 8:15. When the lady only gave 3/5 drinks I had a feeling things weren't going to be right. All 5 ofour burgers were burnt. The patties were thinner than than usual. The didn't sub my onion rings like I asked. The staffseems young & clueless. It is visits like these when I take my $50+ purchases else where. Read more
Ordered two No. 1 combos in drive thru. Got home and 2nd combo literally had less than half a burger patty on the sandwich.... Cannot believe they wrapped this up and gave it to me. Cannot recommend this place until they train their teenage employees tocare about quality control. Read more
We were craving a good greasy diner burger and remembered there was a Lenny's close by. The place is really fun and the... employees are friendly and fun. It's not quick, but the burgers are made to order. We each went with a burger and fires andonion rings. We couldn't wait to eat them, so there are no pics. :-( But I did get some pics of the place while waiting. If youhave to have a good burger, make sure to hit up Lenny's. Read more
Place my order, lady on speaker was rude. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to get my food and had a feeling it was wrong... after reading reviews. I got home checked it out, all 4 burgers were burnt and cold. Weird. Also 1 of the burgers had justmustard on it. Even though I order 3 burgers with just cheese and ketchup. Soda tastes funky. Gave this place multiple chances before I reviewed. Honestly this place could run a whole lot better if they had a competent... supervisor running the show. The final straw was when I went with a friend and I wasn't very hungry. I ordered some onionrings for $3.99. 15 minutes later I got my order and the picture says it all. I got 4 onion rings...one badlyburned. **UPDATE** I asked the kid for more rings and he made them and apologized....so only ~20 mins. Pic of full bag (minusa couple rings). Upgraded to 2 stars. I went here today for the first time. When I entered it had such a cute vintage vibe which I loved. We ordered the cowboy burger... and fries. The lady working behind the counter was really nice and offered us the funnel cakes to try. The food all around wassuper good. And we loved the funnel cakes. She was so kind to offer us them to try. The bathrooms were the cleanest is have seenin a long time. Over all it was a great experience and we will be returning. Read more
