Came here for breakfast for the first time today. This place is AWESOME! The food is fantastic and FRESH! Made to order. The... place is super clean and has great chips (not stale), and an awesome salsa bar! The service was on point! We were greeted by alovely lady who was bright, friendly, and full of great energy. Great food but it could be even better if there wasn?t rude workers who can?t even take orders right .
When we lived in the valley, we would pick up Moreno?s every other week. Now that we come to visit for flights, we always get... the Tejano burrito and bean and cheese burrito when we arrive. They are always very kind and their food is always delicious. Thesalsa bar has six different sauces that are all very delicious. This is some of our favorite Mexican food in Arizona andCalifornia. Came here twice in the same day because it?s that good. Nice little restaurant with a hot dog stand outside. Cool atmosphere... inside. The Tacos Toro are amazing - shrimp and fish, with tons of their white sauce (guacamole and cream base). Again,extremely tasty and at a very good price. Good fried ice cream as well. Read more
The service was excellent and the carne asada torta was amazing. The torta, fries and drink were $8 or $9 and so worth it. The... kids loved the chicken/bean/cheese burrito. The chicken taco wasn't that great; it was a bit dry and the seasoning had a lot ofblack pepper. The salsa bar has the usual sauces plus cumber. The AZ avenue location is the smallest of their restaurants, butit was cozy and welcoming. They do not use lard, which is so great. And they stay open pretty late all week. We will definitelybe back to try more from the menu! Read more
