So, I?ll start off by saying this was a lesson learned! We decided to order from this location because it?s 3.9 rating was... better than the other one which was closer that had a 3.3 rating. We hadn?t even considered it before for this reason but wewanted to try something new! Haha boy, was that a mistake? We called in to order 2 papadias, 1 Philly and 1 Buffalo for pickup. First sign of disaster was the foreign person to take our call at a call center! My wife gave my first name (above) and evenspelled it out clearly, which ended up spelled as Tetee on the box. We go to pick up the order and while waiting, I noticedmost of the employees were not carrying themselves in a professional matter! Not needing to say too much but a woman came aroundthe counter to speak to another employee about one of the other employees person and bad situations all loud and crazy! But,that?s not really unusual this day and age! Next, they couldn?t figure out who could ring me up! It took three people arguingto figure it out! Finally, they grabbed the order and said here are your papadias one Philly and one Buffalo, which the boxslips confirmed! Well, we got home and both of them were Philly papadias! For one, I should have checked it before leaving,that?s my fault. The fact that one was labeled Buffalo and clearly wasn?t! We also asked for the parmesan crust which both wereregular crust and even burnt! Now, this was our first time ordering from this place and it will likely be the last! It?s sadhow bad the fast food industry has become! I worked in the industry back in the 90?s and even worked at a Papa John?s! And I cansay, we went weeks without screwing up any orders! Heck everyone makes mistakes! We also got paid a lot less back then! Just anFYI. When the rating is this bad, refuse the temptation haha. I definitely should have! My kids always prefer papa John?s pizza over Pizza Hut or little Ceasars, usually we don?t have complains but this time I don?t... know what happened the pizza was oily and disgusting. We couldn?t even eat it without dabbing it with napkins! They just havehired new staff! Their old staff made it so much better, they need to retrain them on how to make pizza and cheese sticks. Thereason I like ordering from these guys is because I can select clean cut online without having to make special request on thephone to use a clean knife to cut my pizza so they don?t contaminate with a meat pizza cutter! Haven't ordered Papa John's in a bit, decided I would try them. Called to put in my order and got routed to their call center. I... asked them if they were at a call center and they said no we're in the back of the store. The manager confirmed they were a callcenter.I will not be ordering Papa John's anymore they farmed out their call center to India goodbye Papa John's Read more
Worst pizza I have had .Ordered 3, 1was pepperoni 1lg thin crust and one medium regular. Cold, cardboard taste, no flavor,... skimpy toppings on a crust that was terrible. A rip off for $45.00.Really embarrassed to serve to guests. Never again! Read more
I had a very bad experience with this store. The Pizzas that they delivered were cold and the taste was very bad. These pizzas... have ruined my Son's birthday party. I called the stores general manager and explained how their pizzas ruined the party, shesaid she will give 3 free pizza credits and I said WOW!! that's very generous of you!! This is the only place my wife can go to for pizza that doesn't affect her acid reflex. Staff is nice but the delivery took 30... minutes. .... Absolutely foul. Not edible. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas tonight and after trying to get through 2 slices realized the problem... was spoiled pepperoni. The overall taste of the thin crust was like a Totinos party pizza. Not sure what happened, but thisplace is not the same quality it once was. The pizzas will be going into the trash.
