I discovered Pho Mai about 2 years ago. After looking tirelessly through many pho restaurants, I?ve finally found my holy grail.... Pho Mai really stood out to me because of their generous protein portioning - which is very rare to come by! Amazing every single time we go. You MUST order the banh xeo or the crispy, savory pancake. It's their specialty and it's there... for a reason. I can eat the entire thing by myself. It's huge. Worth the time and money. Pho Mai is also reasonably priced whichis great to see. Our go to is the beef meatball pho or bun bo hue. I would love to try their other items available soon becauseeverything has been absolutely delicious every time. Read more
Fast delivery from order to table, however be sure to ask for everything including extra water or drinks the attention to... patrons is lacking. I do however think it?s a Grubhub or DoorDash go to. The Pho was full of flavor vs some locations where youcan tell if it was simple water for the noodle or seasoned and here it was full of flavor. The special fried rice was amazingand a must order. Fantastic Vietnamese restaurant in Chandler, AZ. We tried a few of their authentic dishes and they were all great. The banh xeo... was very crispy and has amazing coconut milk flavor. The banh cuon was hot and tender, stuffed with aromatic mushrooms and pairsperfectly with the fish cakes. And Pho Mai?s pho is a must have, delicious hot broth with rare steak. So good! Read more
