Terrible customer service. Forgot to put an apt. # on the online order. Called the store right away and the rep said no problem.... y Turns out she didn't, driver didn't know where to go..... no pizza. In all fairness the Driver tried to contact me, but Iwasn't expecting there to be a need. Leslie, the "manager" doesn't know how to take care of customers. She just argued withme, asked me if I knew the name of the employee. Yada Yada. How about I'm so sorry, we'll send your pizza out on us. Noissue. Geesh. Read more
I so wish this Pizza Hut could be the delivery restaurant for our house in Ahwatukee. The service was awesome, the food was... delicious and cooked perfectly, and it was brought out at the exact time they said it would be. Absolutely nothing to complainabout. This location rocks! Read more

Just ordered for delivery a lg pizza from Pizza Hut. Pizza arrived early, was hot and most delicious. Perfect Pizza! Forget... Domino's which actually is across from us. Worst service, pizza and experience. Thank you Pizza Hut you're it!???? Read more
Ordered the pizza box online with the medium pizza, cinna sticks and cheese stick but the app ended up only making it an order... of cheesesticks. The girl st the counter offered to make it for me and even apologized for something out of her control but itwas getting late I didn't want to have to make them make everything else after they just cleaned for closing up shop.Theemployees here are very sweet... I just wish the app would actually order the correct thing for me. St the checkout it even gaveme the total of 16$ and some change for the 13.99$ box but when I pulled up the order to show her it showed just the cheesesticks and a new charge of only 8 bucks. Kind of a bummer but honestly I don't need all of that food and as I said it wasn't thefault of the employees at all they're just making what the machine tells them to and the cheese sticks look great! It was okay. Usually I rate pizza hut 5 star. I got a pizza late at night, and it was dry, a bit overcooked and wasn?t hot when... i got home which only took 10 minutes. When they remade it for me the crust still had none of that usual greasy pan pizza feelto it, and I asked for garlic flavor but saw or tasted nothing. The rest of the pizza was satisfactory though. Ordered from the Pizza hut store on Quadalupe. Ask for them to knock when delivered. Charged my credit card.. One hour later we... looked out to find our pizza on the ground.. No receipt for a 32.00 pizza.. cold pizza. Half cooked crust. They never knocked.We had cash ready as its the holidays for the tip.....we called to combine, transfered 3 times and they kept hanging up or notanswering.. never order from pizza hut folks.. or your food could be delivered in the dirt Read more
