This is by far the Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. There is currently 10 ppl waiting in line because they literally take one... order pack it serve it and ignore the line until the next order. Staff is not friendly, cuts you off while your speaking. And has messed up my order the last 2 times I?ve been there. Made it... all the way home and then had to drive back to get everything fixed. Asked for them to replace the one meal that wasn?t messedup because after the 20 minute drive home it was now cold and they refused. Not even so much as an apology. Absolutelyunacceptable. Again they forgot to pack one of sandwiches and didn?t realize till I got home. Done anyone want to drive back for something... like that. I know they sure don?t forget to charge me. This place is the a huge disappointment. The supervisor on duty was aHispanic lady and she was rude to a customer over the phone and yelling at them. I?m sure that is how my order got packed wrongbut she should be more professional and take that call in the back or maybe get another job. Read more
oh my god, the service is terrible. I ordered 8 pieces for 17.99, and then I see they have a sign showing 11 pieces for 16.99, I... go back right away in one minute and then ask for three more pieces and return one dollar to me. They refused. really badexperience. The manager was rude. Will Never go to this location again. when I got home, found out the half spicy and halfregular were not right either. this place sucks. Better than usual and great service. They were out of some side items and that's no fault of the employees. Management should... prepare and probably post signs for people ordering via drive-thru. I get it, supply shortages. But you can do better. Youremployees look embarrassed when they have to bear the bad news of food out of stock. Good food. Fast fresh. Very clean. The new girl, first day Dianna was excellent and patient with me and found out all my... questions. Great job. Keep up the good work Dianna. You will do great at anything you do. Keep asking questions and Popeyes keepgood hires like that coming. They make the experience night and day difference. I love their chicken sandwiches when they don't run out. However, they make you wait in the drive thru to order even when you... are at the speaker to order too long like more than 5 minutes. They are extremely slow to get you your food also. I also thinkthe chicken could be a lot warmer. The last 3 sandwiches I got were barely warm! Read more
