Great, amazing friendly service every time. One day I stopped by to order a nitro cold brew, and was told their machine was... down, the person working the drive thru, I believe her name was Kai, offered me an alternative drink and to get it as close asthe drink I was wanting, and let me just say they did a wonderful job! Also Kai?s warm interactions with taking order was sopleasant and for that I?ll always come to this location if I?m around this area. Drinks in my experience here have always beenon point. Read more
I get my Starbucks from this location 93% of the time I am getting Starbucks...and that is only because sometimes I make coffee... at home...but EVERY time I am here, my drink is made perfectly. Drinks were half full. I ordered 2 lattes and 2 pastries via the app. When I picked them up I immediately noticed the cups were... super light weight. I was shocked they were both a little under half full. I sized up a cupsize so there should have been 16ozof drink in my 20oz cup, but it was less than half like 8 or 9oz. $5.50 a drink and it's half missing! I tried to get someone'sattention but they were avidly avoiding people and I couldn't keep waiting. Very poor location. I feel cheated. Read more
