So clearly the staff wanted to get out an hour early, the open sign was off at 8:10pm, so I walked in door was unlocked, they... looked unhappy. I ordered 3 sandwiches and and it took 20 minutes, the guy was clearly super slow, on purpose I?m sure.I ordereda drink and they said it was out of order, clearly it wasn?t, they just cleaned it, and didn?t want it to be used, super rude!With attitude won?t be back to this location! The woman making my sandwich was clearly on drugs. She was acting very strange and kept dropping toppings and then putting them... back on the sandwich. When I asked her to toast the sub, she nearly dropped the entire sandwich on the floor. When I left, shebegan screaming frantically at an employee. I should not have eaten the food she prepared, but I was hungry and had to go towork, so I ate it and within a few hours I began feeling ill. Do not eat here. I ordered delivery through the subway app from this store today and when it got to me one of my sandwich was made wrong, a bag... of chips was missing and they brought the wrong drink for one of my orders. I called the store and someone working there namedFaith literally told me repeatedly they ?don?t have delivery? and refused to let me speak with a manager, told me not to bothercalling one later because they wouldn?t help me, and had a horrible attitude the entire phone call. This was the second time inless than 6 months I have had this kind of experience and the first time was in the store. When I managed this store... they would make us take employee tips to pay for any money that was short and would be paid out on... a weekly basis. Paid me $10 an hour. Also wouldn't get paid if we had to borrow something from a store. Like had to waste my gasand time. Crooks. The lady who owned the stores was really rude. Sometimes stores would borrow stuff from my store to a pointthat I would run out of product. So many times I would have to run to the grocery store to get cucumbers or heads oflettuce. Sometimes the owner didn't want to make repairs... I had corporate and the health department say otherwise. Therepairs got done. I have witnessed at three stores changing the dates on products before corporate came in. I was so overworked... that I quit without notice and moved away. This is all true. Read more

I go here often. I begun to order online in the last few months and go for in-store pickup. Most of my recent online orders... were inaccurate but forgiveable. Today I ordered 3 different foot long subs. I went on-time for pickup but it was not ready atthe they the store promised. No other customers were in the store but no action was taken on my online order. I waited 5 minutesto remind them. After reminder they took their time to fulfil my order. There were few customers came and they focused onthem. I should have watched them preparing. I got my food after 25 minutes delay. I went home and opened the sub, it was asurpise. All 3 subs were same and there were missing meat. I called the store immediately and the person who picked heardwhat happend and said "sorry about it". And then he disconnected by saying "have a nice day" while I was waiting for answer. Iredialed, as expected he did not pickup. I had 4 stars four years ago for this store now I hate to give even one star. Whilewaiting, I watched this store turned one online order customer down by saying they did not receive the order - It may becustomer fault but nothing was done to help her.
