Ariel and Katie are super sweet. They made my sandwich with Grace. Unlike the other employees. I don't know their names, but... they would ruin my sandwich by loading it up with mustard and mayonnaise thus running my subway cravings for life lol when Isaid light. The new staff is amazing. The place is clean and the food is made quickly and correctly. The guy making my sandwich, named Gio,... had great advice as they just released new sandwiches. Michelle was so horrible i honestly tought i was being pranked!! She toasted my tomatoe wrap after i told her not too!! Turned... my wrap into a tostada. When it was made she didnt know how to wrap it. On top of that the food was totally uncovered whilethey were in the back on their phone. How she made it outta training is a mystery. Would give zero stars if I could. Don't go to this Subway!! After ordering online and being charged store claims they didn't... receive my order and refused to make my order. Now I have to call Subway corporate for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! Read more
I work across the street and sometimes don't have very long for a break so I come here...when I say light marinara sauce on the... meatball I mean light sauce not swimming in it...Cameron did not care to listen and had to tell him twice extra cheese aswell...teach your employees to listen...its not that hard!!!! Great Food..... HORRIBLE customer service. Jen didn't greet me, didn't smile, didn't ask if I wanted added drink or chips,... didn't say have a great day. I come to this spot often to get my personal subway pizza????. In the past they have had somewhat Friendly employees & some of... the areas could have used a good cleaning. Tonight I must say they had amazing employees & a sparkling clean environment????Rhonda and Darren were very nice and had the place looking fresh and spotless???? Awful. Ordered delivery from the website, they got both sandwiches WRONG left off all the extras we paid extra for (but included... a receipt with all the extras listed), left off the chips, absolutely terrible service. They don't give any phone numbers onreceipts or the website to call. Googling the number gets me to one that's just a busy signal. DO NOT ORDER from thisrestaurant, especially delivery. Read more
