While I had to wait for quite a while for my food, I am giving 5 stars because the staff legitimately took time to clean the... bathroom! It was cleaned with soap and actually wiped down! I was impressed with how clean this restaurant was!! My food was asexpected from Taco Bell ? which is what I was craving! The items were filled with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Male workers are rude and talk out loud of people's names. Workers are young and should respect customer's even if there... Hispanics. Kind of felt I was being made fun of while I was eating my food. I witnessed a manager named Tasha treat her employees with absolutely zero respect going on about never allowing her people to... take breaks and if they dont like it to find somewhere else to work. . . . I always wondered why there was ALWAYS a now hiringsign in the window and door. Poor guys just trying to work. Wont be dinning inside anymore. Read more
Had to repeat order multiple times. Even at the window. Was given the wrong size drink, and I don?t know why they cut my... quesadilla but maybe they should lay off smoking before or during their shift. Read more
This place is like most "fast food" options lately. No one at the register to take your order, you place your order at a kiosk.... The wait was just shy of 15 minutes for my order, which consisted of 1 burrito. The food was as expected, nothing fantasticbut also not a disappointment. The lack of service and long wait are why I gave it 3 stars. Read more
3 month update to prior review. I must be an idiot to order the crunchwrap supreme, but I did. Sadly, it was not any better,... per the enclosed photo (sauce packet on side for size). And yes, there is more yellow corn shell that ground meat. Order hereat your own risk. They seem to do okay on the cheap stuff (D-back taco special) but you are wasting your $$$ if you purchasethe higher cost, higher protein items, since they do not contain much, if any meat. Prior review. This location use to begreat, now it's terrible. Strongly recommend bypassing this location until the quality of both food and serviceimproves. Enclosed photos are the beef crunchwrap supreme (the worst one I ever had, and yes, it is that thin) and the 5 layerbeef burrito. If you are wondering where's the beef, so am I, even after eating it. This Taco Bell is in a great location and clean interior. The drive-thru lines tend to be longer especially during peak hours.... The food quality is good but it could definitely be better. This location often runs out of many items, especially the verypopular ones. With complete honesty, I personally do not believe that you are getting what you pay for. Some items are quiterather overpriced and really worth buying. Staff are pretty friendly and tend to your needs well. This is a good fast-foodrestaurant that is in a good location but lacks in there food quality. My Experience: I ordered a regular Cherry Sunset drinkand the drink wasn?t even close to being filled to the top. Items looked like they were just thrown in the bag and had poorplacement. Witnessed an older female employee yell at and harass her nice young gentleman coworker (who gave us wonderful service), items... in the boxes ordered were mixed up and the food in general didn't taste all too fresh. awful atmosphere/experience all around. Read more
