First they won?t take a $50 dollar bill in the middle of the day for a $39 order, I ordered drunken noodles with shrimp when I... got back to work I looked and no shrimp I called and they said they would refund great but I thought they put chicken on furtherlooking what I thought was chicken was overcooked noodles broken up there was no protein this dish was a mess a $15 mess. Extremely rude girl working tonight! I placed a phone Togo order for my family and I tonight and she was SO condescending and... rude. The entire time correcting the way I?d say the dishes names and yawning on the phone. Super unprofessional and honestlywon?t be back to this location if I?ll be treated like this again. Uncalled for. Pretty good considering you are more like a fast food operation. Soup was a little salty but it watered down nicely with added... rice. I literally got 3 meals out of this. Very nice and helpful staff. THANK YOU! Read more
Fast fresh food, very clean restaurant. Had pad thai with chicken
This place surprised me! I had the drunken noodles, yellow curry, and dumplings. When it first arrived, I didn't think it looked... very good. But let me tell you, it was absolutely phenomenal. A bit chaotic over the weekend and unlike the other locations this one allows dine in eating which isn?t safe when AZ is the... worst in the country during a pandemic. It?s literally called Thai Chili 2 Go. The cashier removed her mask each time she spoketo a customer on the phone. Poor management allows this. The food quality also was lower than the rest. The Tom Yum wasdisgusting and not edible. Loaded with weird tasting broth loaded with scallions. The Drunken Noodles barely had any noodles init and the vegetables weren?t cooked. I Had their Massaman Curry Mild In spice and it was not good at all. The vegetables were really undercooked and it supposedly... had chicken in there but honestly I got very little. I also tried their Tom Kha soup and it was really watery and veryunsatisfying. They gave me a side of hard under cooked or over cooked rice. I ate in so it was no a delivery issue althoughmaybe the food is supposed to cook in the AZ heat as it gets delivered? Yummy food at typical prices. I frequent here however I just realized today that they are not as compliant with FDA regulations... on nutritional information as other restaurants. I can easily find allergen information but nothing on nutrition. It's noteasily available in store or online as required. Employees could not provide me any printed version and it's not visibly postedanywhere in the restaurant. I also could not find a link or download on the online website or menu. Read more
