Horrible customer service! When I made my order they assumed it was for take out and didn't even ask. When I sat down to eat my... food the lady yelled at me saying that I couldn't sit down because the order was to go. She repeated that I can not sit downunless I leave a tip. I had already left a tip when I made my purchase but in order to sit down and eat my food I had to leavean additional tip. The food wasn't even good!!! The sauce tasted like it came from a can and the veggies were raw and it hadvery little chicken. The low mein was good tho. Awful experience, food tasted beyond gross. I ordered chicken chow mein and there was about 4 pieces of chicken and lettuce and... not a single other vegetable in it?? I have not yet tried the food so my 1 star is for the service. I ordered a take out and got put on hold in the middle of my... order so someone else's order could be taken. 30 minutes later got a rude call about how I had not picked my food up yet. I wasjust leaving work and on my way. When I arrived the lady was extremely rude to me for no reason and this continued until I hadpaid and left. I will not be coming back. Lots of negativity from this place. Update: once home I realized my order was $4 morethan the menu price. I don't know where the extra charges came from. The owner's response below states that there may be longerwait times for ordering, which I understand completely.
