I wanted to get breakfast so I ordered 2 sausage and egg biscuits and when I opened up my wrapping, 2 gnats flew out that was on... top of my biscuit. They were super busy. But the service was great & my order was right on target. I pulled up to pay & they said my order was paid... for! ????????. I guess the car ahead of me paid mine too. So I did a little happy dance in my car. ????. Made my day. Read more

I ordered my grandson and his friend food in the drive-thru. I was the only person in line at the time. They asked me to pull... forward. 6 cars later, I called and told them I was still waiting on my order. They gave it to someone else. 13 cars later,we finally got my order. Every single time I order a $1 large fry I receive half full large fry at best. It's like these people think they are paying... for the fries themselves. From here on out I will be complaining in person. If I wanted a small or medium fry I would orderthat. If McDonald's doesn't want me ordering a $1 large fry then they should remove it from their app. Anyone paying full pricefor a large fry (almost $4) should definitely be outraged if they receive an order like the one pictured. After we ordered we were missing a water cup, I asked a lady that was in the kitchen if I could grab a cup and was told I could.... We went to the fountain and filled the 2 water cups and other drinks. A different lady walked up to me and said "did you take acup?" And I said "yes I asked for another water cup and was told I could" this was all in front of everyone in the restaurant. Idon't appreciate being accused of stealing publicly especially when it's a free water cup. Read more
