We went through the drive through tonight in Chandler. We ordered and drove to the window to pay. The girl that took our payment... wasn't very friendly but it wasn't a big deal. The same girl a few minutes later (Avery) handed us our 2 happy meals and a bagof food. I went to inspect the bag to make sure the order was there and asked her for more ketchup. Before I could even look upfrom the bag, ketchup came flying at me and the window was slammed shut. I went inside and asked for the manager. Eventually Ihad an interaction with Q and he tried to fix the situation while the girl yelled from around the corner. Then Joshua themanager came out. I expressed that I was angry that she decided to throw things at a customer. As well we they handled it, Idont believe she will be help accountable for her actions. I went to McDonald's last night to get 2 meals. I waited for 25 mins for my order. No apology for long wait. My chicken sandwich... was overdone and very dry. It upset my stomach. Had so much mayo on it I had to scrape it off. Tiny pc of tomato and 3-4 sprigsof lettec e. Terrible service. Read more

Curbside app offers the availability to pick up your food at the window with a code. It?s pouring rain out today. I decided to... be nice and try it out. The manager said no, the employees had to carry my food out in the rain. I was disappointed because Iwaited in line just to try to be nice. I was confused as to why a leader would want his employees out in the cold rain whenpeople would be willing to do this, especially when the app specifically offers this as a way to pick up their food. Shop Local ... unless it's this McDonald's. Look, I have a LOT of patience with local places (unlike my hubby). But I'm done... trying to support this local McDonald's. This morning was the 3rd time we tried to get a breakfast sandwich from here in thelast few months and were super disappointed in the quality once more. (yes, I did reviews from the previous receipts; obviouslyto no avail) I was prepared today though. We arrived with enough time for me to run inside if the food was subpar just incase.The thought was I'd get better service inside if we had a problem and I could try to point out to them that they needed to payattention to what they were serving. As we feared, we went through the drive-through and one of the sausage, egg and cheeseMcMuffin's was super hard ... again (the last time the muffin was literally uneatable it was so hard. I couldn't even bite intoit and had to eat the egg, cheese and sausage without it). So, hubby pulled up, I went inside and showed the counter person thedifference between the two sandwiches. See, one's super soft and the other is hard as a rock. She took the hard one and cameback with one that she was sure was not overcooked. Huh. Guess I should have opened it and checked it myself. Can ANYONE tell mehow you serve this to people? Somebody had to wrap this sandwich and see it was burnt. Where is the quality control? Don't wasteyour time and money trying to keep this local in business folks. After reading the reviews from a year ago, I see they aren'tinterested in correcting their issues. And let's talk about the math genius on the register. Our bill was $11.77. We gave them$21.77 since we didn't have a ten. He tried to give us back $9, struggled to understand the error and still gave us back $10because we told him what it should be. SMH Read more

Ordered a iced caramel macchiato from the drive thru and when I received it they left out the caramel. When I went inside to... request they fix their mistake the girl at the counter was not friendly and acted like that couldn't happen. Her attitudesucked. I guess they were to busy playing around. This the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Their owner should replacethe staff or send them back to McDonald's U for more customer service training. I have never had to send an unfavorable commentbefore. Read more

Forgot us at the third drive through window, so I had to go inside. They weren't rude, but they also didn't really much... acknowledge me or apologize or anything. We got our food, very nice and fresh fries, but the chicken in the sandwich had a weirdtexture. Read more

Went to McDonalds in Chandler today and it was the worst experience I have had in a long while. When I go through the drive... through I expect to get my food in a fairly fast time, I understand that things happen and can cause delays. I ordered the samething I always get, a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal. Never had to wait for it like I did today 25 minutes in and I?mcalling the manager asking where is my order? I?m still in the drive through ???? She apologized and said that she would refundme and also bring my food out, and she did; but she said that they had a misunderstanding in the kitchen and I told her I didn?twant the refund just the food. I was headed back to work and in a hurry now. When I get back to work and get my sandwich out, itwas flooded with some kind of hot sauce! It was dripping with the sauce and not edible. I can?t eat hot or spicy things that?swhy I order the chicken sandwich. My receipt also says deluxe crispy sandwich. June 28th 12:45 pm lunchtime i was behind a car in the drive through and I heard them take her order. She moved up and I pulled... up to the speaker and waited then a car came to the outer drive through and the McDonald?s girl took their order. Then I askedHello? Hello? And heard nothing, then another car came to the outer drive through and the girl took their order as well. If youcan only hire employees who can?t do the job then close your franchise down and find something else that works for customers.I?ve been to this McDonald?s before and either I get cold fries or cheeseburgers without the burger or the whole orderincorrect. I can remember when they did get it right but not often enough to give a good review. I went straight to Whataburgerdown the street and got great customer service and the order was correct. Read more
