I?ve been going here for years and it?s a gamble on how it?s going to go. Sometimes everything is fine but other times you get... wildly inaccurate wait estimates, super slow service, and mediocre food. Tonight it took nearly 20 minutes to have our ordertaken. Wings were out 30 minutes after the rest of the food. When I asked about it our server told me to look around at how busyit was. Save yourself the headache and just go down the street to ChicFilA. I really like this location, however their restrooms are under construction and they?re using the men?s as a single user unisex... restroom with a latch on the inside of the door. They have a sign on the door stating so but clearly no one pays attentionbecause I walked in on multiple men using the restroom with the door unlocked so that was great. Ladies, I would highlyrecommend using the fancy port-a-potties just outside and avoid the restroom inside. Seriously those are the nicestport-a-potties I?ve ever used. I?d also recommend this location make the signage on the single user restroom more clear.Otherwise we really enjoyed our wings and will come back! Read more
We brought our softball team in on Saturday afternoon about 4:00 and our server Mason was amazing!! He got all of our orders... correct and delivered every request in a timely, organized manner. He was friendly and happy to be there! I gave 4 stars becausethe manager did not welcome our business when we arrived. There were 35 of us and she told us she could accommodate even thoughthere were only about 5 occupied tables at the moment and most of them already had food. We promised we were in no rush and thatwe would even order our own drinks up at the bar to help. We had to ask 3-4 times before she allowed us in. Ordered take out. I ordered 10 piece boneless chicken with carrots and celery. got 2 celery and 2 little carrots. The chicken... had almost no sauce on it. I could not taste the flavor at all that's how little there was. I should have checked at the storewhen I picked up. I get good food and service when I dine in but my take out experience was entirely unsatisfactory. Read more
