Asked for a single ranch with my chicken sandwich meal and they wanted to charge me .20 cents. Im putting my foot down.
I went through the drive thru and was asking a question about the whoppers(they no longer have the 2 for $5 whopper deal). I was... spoke to very rudely and was rushed to order. I ended up driving off, she was very inconsiderate and pushy. She had a very nastyattitude! This happened May 11th in the afternoon around 3pm. I would absolutely love to be able to order from this restaurant. However, they are not accommodating in any way for someone who... is unable to speak loudly. Their drive thru system needs you to yell, and they won't open their lobby so people can go in andorder, and they won't take an order at the window, and the app doesn't work at their store. I've tried several times since Ilost my voice, and I'm done. I'll never patronize this location again till this is fixed. Note, no other similar restaurant inthe area has this issue. Most can hear me at the order area, or have opened their lobby, or have or are willing to help in otherways. Read more
Very disappointing and shameful customer service. I ordered a 16 piece chicken nugget meal on door dash and right before my... order could be picked up they canceled it. No message or phone call explaining why they did it, nor did they try to substituteanything. I ordered the same thing once it was canceled and before my dasher could even pick it up, my order was canceled again.Again, no message or call explaining why. I call the store 3 times and I get no response from anyone in the store. When I goonto the app again, Door dash says that they are closed, when online it says they are still open until 8pm. I will not beordering from THIS burger king online anymore and will resort to coming in or using the drive through. Read more
We were disappointed with the fries. It taste like old oil was used. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers 2 of them plain and got just the... 2 plain. Ordered 2 rodeo burgers with cheese and got only 1. My kids were very upset. What changed in this location. I wouldnever rate 1 star but the fact my kids were not happy, 1 star was well deserved for poor quality fries and forgottencheeseburgers.
