At first I was scared away by the horrible reviews, but when I went here for myself my experience was impeccable. The food... portions were amazing, the soulful taste made my tastebuds melt. I want to make a complete section to the amazing service andthe great workers at this establishment. High character men and women who obviously love their job. I would give this 10 starsif I could. I love chipotle but they cannot seem to strike the balance between in person and online orders here. They were making food... ordered two hours ago when I was there today and couldn’t seem to catch up. They were unwilling to have the front counterperson help with the backlog even with no one in line. If you’re making food for people that are long gone, it’s time toreevaluate your business model. Food was good! For only having three employees on a Saturday night and a line out the door, we got our order quickly. They were... clearly working harder than they should have to, and still had great attitudes and excellent customer service! Hopefully theycan get more staff here as these employees deserve a break and a raise for how hard they work!!! Read more
Effective location. A good in and out structure. The line went swiftly. Crew works fast and makes sure your order is correct.... Parking is a bit of a hassle due to the location sharing it with other popular businesses. My meal was fresh and hot,ingredients weren't old. I am curious on how a long line forms with such a small entry way. It seems the line has to go out ofthe door or across into the dining room which would be interesting to see. Read more
The service at this particular Chipotle location has been inconsistent all year. Sometimes it has open dining but most of the... time digital orders only. Sometimes you show up and even though it is during their advertised business hours, they are closed. Most of the time it isn't very clean. However, this time they were accepting cash only. They didn't have any chips, silverware(offered us a single spoon for numerous bowls), fountain drink machine was out of order, and only one employee working. We keepsaying we won't return but the kids really like Chipotle and keep asking to try it again. We won't be returning anymore though. Read more
This place is closed. Don’t try. ——update—— As of 9/23 it is back open but it shouldn’t be. They are indeed short... staffed. Unfortunately they aren’t doing any cleaning at all. Every table is dirty. The counter where they make your foodlooks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. Old, crusted food is all over it, and they drag your burrito through this minefieldof nasty food. This is not food-safe. I expect people eating here will get sick. Cleaning is not optional at a restaurant. Read more
Tried this location several times as it's by far the closest location to me and every experience is just terrible. If you ever... order delivery from here you can pretty much 100 percent guarantee your order will be wrong or something will be missing. Thislocations seems to be constantly out of a few ingredients regardless of the time of day. They also won't inform you on mobilepick up or delivery orders that they are out of requested ingredients and just fill the order with what they have. They haveeven substituted meat on my orders before. On my most recent order (keep in mind over 3 hours before close) the burrito I pickedwas missing 5 out of the 8 requested items. I was hoping this location would get better post covid, but if anything it's gottenworse. Do yourself a favor and use another location or just another place entirely. Read more
