They took my order and money. Then told us they were closed and out of bread. Then did not refund our money
The worst service. I placed an order on their app and when I went to pick it up, the store was closed, but there still were... workers inside. They opened but told me that nothing could be done. They never refunded my money, I had to place a claim with mycredit card company. Read more
Hard to leave a good review when they're never open during their listed hours. This location hasn't updated their hours online... despite closing at 4pm on weekends for the past few months. It's due to being short staffed which I can sympathize for a whilebut when it goes on this long, it tells me that the business can't keep employees, most likely due to low pay or poormanagement. Also! Since their hours aren't updates online, you can still put orders in, even though they're closed! Talk aboutpoor service. Read more
Waited over an hour just to get a sandwich that was made wrong. It?s a sandwich, how do you mess that up? Everything is written... right in front of your face. The staff is incredibly nice though. It?s just incredibly frustrating when someone can?t make asandwich correctly. Read more
Even though they were short staffed, busy rush hour, everyone was super friendly. AND STILL FAST! Thank you so very much!! We... ordered online and picked up to eat in. Online order note: Something I noticed was when I ordered a custom sandwich, went tocheck out, then went back to edit, the system lost all of my edits on my sandwich. :( My daughter's sandwich was the way weordered it. Mine was placed as a regular #1 and I had wanted some items added/removed. Totally not the stores fault, it is aflaw with the way the website is coded. Sharing in case this happens to you. Don?t think there?s a manager working. My bread was crunchy. Super hard and all 3 of my sandwiches were messed up. The... sandwiches were PUNY the bread was coming off in crumbs and on top of that I asked for no tomatoes and for them to add cheese onthem and you guessed it. All of them had tomatoes and none of them had cheese. Not sure if they were in a rush or something butthis is just bad. Read more
