Drove from shakopee to get some pizza, the store was supposed to close at 8. I get there at 7:30 and find out that the... written-in times are that it closes at 7. The website and google page both say 8, so you should probably work on changing that.Now I get to tell my roommate to waste more of his gas because of your false advertisement. Read more

Take and Bake turns into wait and wait some more. Do not waste your time. My wife and I pre ordered specifically for our pizza... to be ready at 2pm and it wasn't ready until after 4. Staff was not helpful and were not communicating at all with the manycustomers they had waiting in the lobby. You literally could go eat at Rey Azteca next door for a similar price and get in andget out before getting your pizza from Papa Murphys. The slightly above average pizza is not worth the hastle, especially for acompany that advertises itself as being convenient. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read more

Outrageously under staffed. Huge wait after ordering online much earlier. Pizzas were not at all like what we have had for... years.. They many degrees worst than the cheapest frozen pizza at a gas station. I expect some inducement to return or I neverwill go back. Read more
