Food was on point for typical Arbys consistency. However girl working the counter and handling my food was very condescending.... Rolling her eyes, acting inconvenienced and didn?t want to answer questions about menu options. Service is subpar. Won?t bespending money here in the future. Read more
I come here 2-3 times a week. I get my fuel and get a sandwich early in the morning. The staff never gives me an attitude about... having to drop chicken fresh for me. It's always done quick and they always ask if a six minute wait is OK. Of course it is!You're making my food fresh! Keep up the good work guys, us hungry truck drivers appreciate all you do. Terrible service at the register. Had to come in because there was just a single come in the drive thru, no note or anything.... Pay people more and maybe you won't be "short staffed". Frys we're half filled and had no salt on them. Surprised this placeeven has a 3 star Google average. Read more
Order#285536 I wouldn?t have stopped yet I know Arby?s in Texas is Greater then this ( not being bias ) the service here was... deplorable, people stood in line as I walked up, I moved forward to lean over to look toward the drive thru and everyone was ontheir cell phone, I politely asked if we could place our orders ( no apologies to the people waiting or anything), it?s as ifthey were upset with us for disturbing them and distracting them from what they were when all we were simply doing was being acustomer, I don?t think I deserve that type of treatment nor service ( I?d have given 0 stars yet I had to place somethingthere) and my salted caramel cookies were very hard like rocks ( I disposed of them ) Read more
Ordered the Brisket Combo Sandwich, ???? the price at almost $11, when I opened the box it appeared to be 2 or 3 pieces of... Brisket meat ???? with little or no BBQ sauce. This crew needs to be paid more than most Arby's workers. Great attitudes and fresh food. 12/3/22@ 8pm. The shorter blond guy... and the guy with darker longer hair gave superior service. Read more
